CONTROLLER Fedoweb, with its registered office at Fedoweb, Largo Toscanini, 1 – 20122 Milan, (hereinafter, “Fedoweb“), is data controller of the personal information communicated by users (the “Users”) at the time of registration and/or enrolment on the website www.fedoweb.it (the “Site”).

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING. Personal data provided by Users is processed to satisfy their requests (use of the Site and its contents, registration on the Site, compliance with legal obligations, statistical access analysis).

NATURE OF THE CONFERRAL OF DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF A REFUSAL TO CONFER. The provision of personal data by the user is purely voluntary but it constitutes a prerequisite, depending on the case, for the recording, registration or provision of certain Site services related to restricted access areas, and for the receipt of informative material – including electronically – regarding the various initiatives and/or invitations to events. PROCESSING PROCEDURES The data will be processed in full compliance with the principles of confidentiality, fairness, necessity, relevance, legitimacy and transparency established by the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003). The aforementioned data is processed mainly in electronic form, using the means and methods that will guarantee maximum security and confidentiality and may be made accessible to duly authorised Fedoweb staff or to processors specially appointed by Fedoweb.

PERSONS TO WHOM THE DATA WILL BE COMMUNICATED Personal details provided by Users will be processed by Fedoweb managers and staff, it shall under no circumstances be disclosed – for the same purposes for which collection was made – to third parties belonging to the following categories:
– Suppliers of services for Fedoweb, also in relation to the management of Fedoweb information systems and telecommunications networks;
– Persons providing control, review, and certification of the activities carried out by Fedoweb;
– Accountants, for accounting and tax undertakings;
– Consultants or others who provide related services;
– Judicial, administrative or other public authorities.

EXERCISING OF THE RIGHTS STIPULATED UNDER ART 7 OF THE PRIVACY CODE. Users may contact Fedoweb to enforce the rights recognised for interested parties by article 7 Privacy Code.
In particular, each User may: (I) obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning them exists and receive this communication in an intelligible form; (II) know the origin of the data, the purposes of the processing and its methods, and the logic applied to the processing performed through electronic means; (III) request the updating, correction or – if applicable – integration of the data concerning them; (IV) obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, and oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing; (V) oppose any processing involving the sending of advertising material, direct sales, performing market research and commercial communications.
